I didn't get around to making a Christmas card last year. We had just moved into a new place in Dillon, were in complete survival mode, and our computer wasn’t even set up yet. So, you didn’t hear from us last Christmas. Now looking back we can see that at that time it was as if our lives were a seed that God had buried in the dark dirt, because this year was one of great blessing and growth for everyone in our family. That seed God planted in a new town burst forth into the sunlight, ready for new opportunities, and boy did God deliver them.

For now, let this letter suffice for getting everyone up to date on the Yurko happenings over the last two years (2020-2021). Let’s start at the beginning.

I feel like I’m drowning. Which is ironic because inside there is a rage rising up that scares even me; a monster that resembles Te Fiti in Moana as she rises out of the ocean surrounded by smoke with fire pouring out the top of her head.
